My proper weight for my height should be around 105-110. It took me about 10 months to lose 45lbs. Although I did succeed I actually slacked off for about a year after I lost the weight and I have now gained some of it back. I'm currently at 135 and I am trying to get back to the 110-115 range, but since I only started this week I don't know how long it will take yet.
